Welcome to CAW Market Communications

I would like to wish you a warm welcome to this new blog as part of my totally revised website.

CAW Market Communications was in stasis for over a year, as I moved lock stock and barrel to live in the United States.

As I write this first blog entry, I am about a week away from moving into a much larger house here in Mesquite, Nevada. This will give me the office space and privacy I need to really get things moving again.

When I formed CAW Market Communications in 1999, if you had told me then that the company would eventually be located some 80 miles North of Las Vegas, I simply wouldn't have believed you.

Today I can look out of the window and watch the tumbleweed dance over the Mojave Desert in the Silver State of Nevada!

To cut a very long story short, my wife is American and last year we decided to settle over here permanently with our two young boys.

This was a major decision in so many ways, not least because my business had been built on close liaison with my clients in the UK and there was naturally some apprehension that this approach would forever be compromised by moving to the US.

But during an enforced break as my green card application went through, I quickly realised the extent to which the internet has fundamentally changed all our lives - in other words, distance is no longer a problem, as I aim to continually demonstrate in this blog and website, and in all my interactions with my valued customers.

I therefore decided to reform CAW Market Communications as a US-based company shortly after receiving my green card in mid-January of this year. That process is now complete, so it's time to rebuild my UK client base and I sincerely believe that I can offer equally good, if not better, service than ever before.

Please allow me to prove myself in this new situation. I look forward to talking with you shortly.
